Agroschool Students Visited the Agricultural State Laboratory

#

To encourage interest in science among young people and deepen their practical knowledge, students visited the Agricultural State Laboratory as part of the “Agroschool 2026” project, initiated by the Environmental Information and Education Centre.

During the visit, the students learned about the specifics of the Laboratory’s activities, its main areas of research, and the importance of laboratory testing for the development of the agricultural sector. They also toured the laboratory facilities and learned about the process of conducting laboratory tests.

Educational visits of this kind allow young people to connect theoretical knowledge with practical experience, better understand the role of science and research, and develop a greater interest in scientific activities.

“Agroschool” is a programme of the Environmental Information and Education Centre, which has been implemented since 2022. Its aim is to promote vocational education and agricultural professions, help young people make informed career choices, and introduce them to fields that are in demand in the labour market.

The Agricultural State Laboratory actively contributes to raising awareness among young people, developing their scientific potential, and encouraging the next generation to take an interest in research activities.
