The Agricultural State Laboratory Participated in “Farmer’s Day 2026”
The Agricultural State Laboratory participated in an event dedicated to Farmer’s Day. “Farmer’s Day 2026” was held at the Tbilisi Open Air Museum of Ethnography on the initiative of the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Agriculture and organized by the Rural Development Agency.
As part of the event, Laboratory specialists introduced visitors to the Laboratory’s activities, key areas of work, and laboratory testing services relevant to the agricultural sector. Particular attention was paid to the importance of timely and reliable laboratory services in the diagnosis of plant and animal diseases and in ensuring food safety.
“Farmer’s Day 2026” aims to showcase the activities of farmers and agribusiness representatives, facilitate the exchange of experience, and support the development of the agricultural sector.
The event featured Georgian agri-food products, while visitors had the opportunity to learn about the services and support mechanisms offered by institutions operating in the agricultural sector. The program also included culinary masterclasses and various educational and entertainment activities.
