The State Laboratory of Agriculture hosted an educational visit by representatives from the University of Washington
Specialists from the genetic testing laboratory received both practical and theoretical training.
During the visit, the American experts led a one-week training session for State Laboratory of Agriculture staff about NSG (Next Gen Sequence) new generation sequencing using the Illumina Maysek platform.
The training continued with bioinformatic analysis of the given results utilizing a variety of bioinformatic software.
It should be noted that the State Laboratory of Agriculture will implement new genetic techniques as a result of the training. By identifying their genetic diversity and presenting the most recent laboratory data, this will aid in the genetic study of several infectious and non-infectious pathogens.
International organizations, research facilities, and labs are all actively involved in the State Laboratory of Agriculture's collaboration. In the framework of collaboration, several significant initiatives were carried out.
