Currently, more than 100 researches can be conducted in the Food Research Department of the State Laboratory of Agriculture.

Within the laboratory network, the Food Research Department researches food, food raw materials, animal feed and drinking water.

 

Researches are performed in several laboratories, including general chemistry, instrumental research, and microbiological research.

 

The laboratory carries out: 

• Microbiological and physico-chemical research of food; 
• Food research on safety parameters;
• microbiological and physico-chemical studies of drinking water;
• Honey studies on various quality and safety parameters; 
• Milk and milk products research;
• Microbiological and physico-chemical studies of animal feed.

 

It should be noted that the international level diagnostic studies implemented in the State Laboratory of Agriculture are an important component in ensuring that the country's products meet the requirements of international and local markets and are competitive.
