The research method allows for the detection of malachite green, leuco malachite green, crystal violet, leuco crystal violet and diamond green in fish.
Implementation of the mentioned research method will help to check fish products in accordance with international standards.
It should be noted that the process of introducing and perfecting research methods is actively underway in the network of the State Laboratory of Agriculture.
