Quality control of Drinking water in Laboratory

The Food Research Department of the State Laboratory of Agriculture carries out Quality control of drinking water.

Drinking water is tested for heavy metals such as cadmium, lead, iron, copper, and zinc.

In 2019, in the State Laboratory of Agriculture, 100 samples of drinking water were submitted for testing.
None of these samples showed a positive rate of heavy metals.

In the LEPL State Laboratory of Agriculture a new research method is planned to be introduced in the Food Research Department, based on which the presence of silver and silver water in the drinking water will be checked.
