A new research method has been introduced in the State Laboratory of Agriculture.
“Staphylococcal enterotoxin” can already be diagnosed in the Microbiological Research Laboratory.
The research method allows the study of “staphylococcal enterotoxin” in milk and dairy products.
This research method will help to significantly reduce the risk of poisoning.
Product-induced intoxication is quite dangerous to human health.
This method was first introduced in the State Laboratory of Agriculture, using the VIDAS device.
To study staphylococcal enterotoxin in dairy and dairy products, laboratory staff attended a training organized by TIKA (Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency), last fall.
The training was conducted at the Central Research Institute for Food and Feed Control in Bursa, Turkey.
